This thesis examines how the recruiting tools within the Marquardt Group (MQ) can be optimized, focusing on the utilization and effectiveness of the Cornerstone Recruiting Module (CSRM). The research identifies key pain points in talent pool management, multi-posting, and interview management. The findings indicate that these issues are primarily due to the lack of integration and user-friendly functionalities within the existing system. Through qualitative research, including semi-structured interviews with HR professionals across various MQ locations, the study revealed significant disparities in the use of CSRM. A market analysis was conducted to identify software providers that could extend the functionality of CSOD. Based on assessment criteria, the providers were evaluated in a utility analysis to assess their suitability for MQ's needs. Based on these findings, the study provides practical recommendations for MQ to enhance their recruiting processes.
