  • Das Unternehmen Bausch + Ströbel, im Folgenden B+S genannt, ist ein weltweit führender Hersteller von Produktionsanlagen für die pharmazeutische Industrie. Aufgrund des steigenden Wettbewerbs, neuen Technologien und der sich ständig verändernden Marktbedingungen entscheidet die Innovationsfähigkeit immer mehr über den Unternehmenserfolg. B+S sieht weitreichende Chancen in der Erweiterung seiner Innovationstätigkeiten. Diese Arbeit beleuchtet die heutige Rolle von Innovation und befasst sich mit der Integration des Kunden in unternehmensinterne Innovationsprozesse. Dabei werden Chancen und Risiken sowie Erfolgsfaktoren der Anwendung der Kundenintegration aufgezeigt. Darüber hinaus wird die Lead-User-Methode als möglicher Integrationsansatz vorgestellt. Durch eine Analyse des Produktinnovationsprozesses und der B+S Innovationsprojekte werden Handlungsempfehlungen für eine erfolgreiche Kundenintegration in den unternehmensinternen Produktinnovationsprozess gegeben.
  • Bausch+Ströbel is a world-wide leading manufacturer of production lines for the pharmaceutical industry. Due to constantly changing market conditions, increasing competition and new technologies the innovative capability of a company is more and more becoming a decisive determinant for future success. The company sees extensive opportunities to increase its innovation activities. This document deals with today’s role of innovation and it focuses on involving the customer in the internal innovation processes. It outlines the chances and risks as well as the success factors resulting from integrating the customer. Moreover the Lead-User-Method is presented as a possible customer integration approach. On the basis of an analysis of the product innovation process and the innovation projects already completed by Bausch+Ströbel actions for a successful integration of the customer into the in-house product innovation process are recommended.
