  • In a world characterized by a shortage of skilled workers and digitalization, it is becoming increasingly important for companies to find suitable candidates for their vacancies. De-spite many risks, artificial intelligence offers companies the opportunity to restructure their HR and make their recruiting processes more efficient and target-oriented. Since Gen Z is the generation that will increasingly enter the job market in the near future, it is important to know and analyse the perceptions and needs of Gen Z regarding the use of AI in the recruiting process. For this reason, the task of this thesis is to find out how Gen Z perceives different scenarios of AI use in the recruiting process.
