• Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, Lösungsansätze für eine kurz- und langfristige Implementierung einer Nachkalkulation herauszuarbeiten, um eine Kontrollfunktion der vorangegangenen Plankalkulation einzurichten. Diese Kontrollfunktion ist von großer Bedeutung, da sie Gewissheit über die Profitabilität einzelner Projekte und im weiteren Sinne der gesamten Unternehmung schaffen soll. Das Fehlen dieser Gewissheit lässt folglich nur eine Schätzung der Profitabilität zu. Geeignete Lösungsansätze werden im Verlauf dieser Arbeit auf Basis des Abgleichs der Ist- Ausgangslage in den Werken St. Egidien, Sachsen und Kecskemét, Ungarn der ACPS Automotive GmbH mit den theoretischen Grundlagen der Literatur unter Berücksichtigung der verfügbaren Ressourcen erarbeitet. Eine sogenannte Soll-Ist-Analyse soll demnach Klarheit über die Abweichungen zwischen Plankosten und den tatsächlich angefallenen Ist-Kosten geben um korrektive Maßnahmen zu ergreifen.
• The aim of this thesis is to develop a short-term and a long-term solution of a post calculation to establish a control function for the preceded standard cost estimate. The control function is of high importance due to its ability to create assurance for profitability of individual projects and in a broader sense of the entire company. The absence of profitability assurance only allows for estimates. Suitable solutions are prepared throughout this thesis based on a comparison of the actual situation in the ACPS plants in St. Egidien, Saxony and Kecskemet, Hungary and the theoretical principles taking into account the available resources to do so. A variance analyses shall provide clarification about the variances between the standard costs and the actual costs to take corrective measures.
