N2  - Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Umsetzung der Richtlinie 96/71/EG über die Entsendung von Arbeitnehmern, kurz EU-Entsenderichtlinie, in den meist bereisten Ländern der CHT Germany GmbH innerhalb der Europäischen Union, des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums und der Schweiz. Anhand dessen werden Handlungsempfehlungen zur strategischen Ausrichtung der CHT Germany aufgezeigt. Dabei wird die Frage, was die Auswirkungen der EU-Entsenderichtlinie für die CHT Germany GmbH sind, beantwortet. Zusätzlich ist die Beantragung der A1-Bescheinigung bei regelkonformer Abwicklung von Dienstreisen essenziell. Die A1-Bescheinigung bestätigt die Fortgeltung der deutschen Rechtsvorschriften während eines Auslandsaufenthalts des Arbeitnehmers. Bei Nichteinhaltung der rechtlichen Anforderungen drohen monetäre und nicht-monetäre Strafen. Aufgrund dessen ist es für ein Unternehmen wichtig, zu entscheiden, inwieweit Dienstreisen regelkonform abgewickelt werden.
N2  - This paper deals with the implementation of Directive 96/71/EC on the posting of workers, in short the EU Posted Workers Directive, in the most travelled countries of CHT Germany GmbH within the European Union, the European Economic Area and Switzerland. On the basis of this, recommendations for strategic orientation of CHT Germany are shown. The question of what the effects of the EU Posted Workers Directive are for CHT Germany GmbH is answered. In addition, it is essential to apply for the A1 certificate when carrying out business trips in accordance with the rules. The A1 certificate confirms that the German legal provisions continue to apply during an employee's stay abroad. Failure to comply with the legal requirements may result in monetary and non-monetary penalties. For this reason, it is important for a company to decide to what extent business trips are carried out in compliance with the rules.
