In particular, the focus is on the approach to create a carbon footprint, which can be seen as part of a life cycle assessment. The aim of this thesis is the creation of a product-related carbon footprint for a product of the Marquardt Group in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 14067 standard. For the determination of the product-related carbon footprint, the relevant processes are identified and the necessary data are collected through interviews with individual employees, supplier request and calculation. As a result, a partial product carbon footprint can be calculated. In order to close the gaps identified in this work, it is recommended to improve data availability and to build up the required knowledge within the company. Consequently, Marquardt will then be able to determine a complete product-related carbon footprint in the future.}, language = {de} }
